Pick 'em
While they are both substantial timepieces, hefty, durable and reliable, neither is for me. My Sub is all I need, in fact it's way more than I need for water related activities.

As a Sea Dweller 116600 Owner, I voted for the new one because it also has been incorporated into a new model movement beside cyclops

The SD43 has probably garnered the most attention since March but discontinuing the 116600 has definitely renewed interest and demand for it. I love both but prefer the SD43.

not sure what is "hotter", but I think the SD43 is a more significant release, as it is a all new model celebrating the 50th anniversary, not just a re-release of an existing model in SS.

Seems like the watches with m ore unique complications/movements are a bit harder to come by, so would likely expect the Skydweller being harder to get if that's your definition of "hotter".

SD43, but because dive watches are the more popular choice across the board.

The SD43 is one beautiful watch. It's the perfect size. The more accessible this watch becomes the more desirable it will be. There's something really special about it.
