Love the blue dial and roulette date wheel, mine has a smooth bezel.

You’ve made the right choice. That blue dial is gorgeous! And the roulette wheel ads real character!

You’re not alone Jay! If only they did the silver dial with a roulette wheel, then where onto a winner, otherwise the white dial will suffice

I would keep the blue, it's a bit more unusual and I like that!

Sarosh
It threw me when I tried a 36mm,,,
Same spec as the dj2 I was thinking more about that, then the Tudor green I had just collected,,,,

That 234 with the blue dial and sticks is exactly the one I have been considering. Hmm. Maybe considering much more strongly after seeing your wrist shots.

Congratulations on an outstanding choice.

I know, threw me off too! It is the classic dress size and I genuinely really love that roulette dial, it’s just something quirky from what is usually quite a conservative watch, to me anyways.

In a time when a lot of watches are huge like Panarais ,,Hublot,,,etc I think going to smaller is not a bad thing,,,

Also, on the issue of the dial swap I do not think they will sell you a second dial from an AD. I don't know what the costs are but if they have quoted you a price of $500 that's always been to swap the dial over where they keep your blue dial. That is my understanding on it anyway.

I think you already have the nicer dial in the blue.

Thank you!

Here in Spain and in my native Poland you can purchase a new dial and keep’em both as long as it’s dedicated to your model.
I also did some research on the forum and from what I’ve found it works like that everywhere.

Thanks everyone for kind words :)
For now I’m sticking with the blue

The blue roulette dial is the modern DJ to have.
I have a silver wanting a blue, think vice versa is true.

Second dial for 570 Euro by AD in Italy. I had a 116234 silver stick dial without roulette date, but I've seen photos of the same watch with roulette dial. So for the above mentioned dials I believe that they CAN come with roulette date.

Gorgeous watch! Keep the blue. It's a beautiful shade & really is so classy. If you can acquire a 2nd dial to keep, then go ahead but really, to me, keep the watch exactly like it is.
