Yes, the 16710 wears a lot smaller. I just got the coke, and I also describe the bracelet as flimsy (had to laugh at that) but once you put it on, it melts with the wrist. I absolutely love my SD and I had an opportunity to buy it NOS, and I did. And never looked back. Second hand they are well over msrp, that's why I said I'd take that I your place. The 16710 is already way over msrp, but I feel they will be more available than this one. Brand new, your name on the card, SD for me. Again, both are gorgeous and fantastic watches, and this is a really tough decision. I know it's a chic wrist, but here some more so you can see.

Also, one of the things I've learned here,
No matter what we say, it will be on your wrist every day and you should choose the one that sings to you more, else you'll look at it and wish you had gotten the other one.

No time to get used to it; it felt right on the wrist from the first moment!!! It is absolutely one of my favorite watches of all times.

Thank you everyone for the help.
I truly appreciate your opinions. So I took the GMT to the RSC to make sure all is good. It's authentic alright, but the watch apparently was serviced by someone who isn't qualified. The dial has 'hair' on it, which means the cleaning process wasn't good enough (according to RSC). The worst thing is, when the unqualified watchmaker was putting the hands back on, he/she pressed harder than they should have. That caused a round dent on the dial. That was only what was visible, so god knows what was done to the inside. That made my decision much easier. I loved the 5 digit case, perfect proportions!! But serviced this way is a deal breaker for me. Going with SD4K. Another great watch. Paid a deposit to an AD today until the SD43 is sold. Thank you all ! The picture below is my best attempt to show the round dent, with light reflected on it. Thoughts? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

The round “dent” on the dial is normal.
