One thing that wasn't clear to me from the PR: are all of the 36mm DJs getting the new movement/case or only some configurations? It seems weird that say a blue dial would be one case/movement and a black dial another but Rolex gonna Rolex

It appears to be the same dimensions as the DD 36mm case to me. And despite for the materials used, that case has been the same for a decade or more.

It's a new case. They're quite different. Go to your local AD and compare.

I'm surprised the new datejust 36 doesn't come with a white face stick dial. That black is very tempting though.

yeah last year it was discontinued on the new two tones and this year it was discontinued on the rest of the dj36 lineup
